High-gloss barium sulfate

High-gloss barium sulfate is insoluble in water, acids, alkalis, and other solvents, but soluble in strong acids and concentrated sulfuric acid. It exhibits good dispersibility, high whiteness, good leveling, and excellent weather resistance, light resistance, and acid resistance. It can be used as a reinforcing filler for rubber, in acid-resistant rubber products, and in general products. It can also be used as a surface coating agent, sizing agent, weighting agent, and in industries such as pigments, ceramics, batteries, enamel, paints, and coatings.
